I was approached by Flowquip who are the UK’s leading provider of flow meters, flowmetering systems and process solutions. They wanted a brand refresh as their existing identity was outdated.
They asked for an icon that represented the core of their business, flow measurement. So I created an interlocking circle accompanied by an arrow to show this. A mark that communicates constant flow.
A slightly techie rounded logotype was used in conjuction with a colour palette of blues and greens which hints at their main flow sectors of water and energy. An Additional techie font was used for headers and a supporting sans serif for body copy to add further substance.
